Public & daily fee
Fill the sheet, and keep the golfer who filled it
A daily-fee course lives on volume and repeat play, which makes two things decisive: how easily a stranger can book, and whether that stranger becomes someone you can reach again. Aced puts booking on your own domain and keeps the golfer record on your side of it.

What this kind of facility is actually trying to do
Not a feature list re-labelled. These are the recurring problems that decide whether a system fits.
- Fill weekday mornings
- The gap between a full Saturday and an empty Tuesday is where the margin is. Dynamic rate rules and a waitlist let you move demand without discounting the whole week.
- Turn the round quickly
- A slow counter at the turn costs pace of play and the second sale. The register has to handle green fee, cart, merchandise and food on one ticket without anyone leaving the counter.
- Stop renting your own golfers
- A tee time booked through a marketplace teaches a golfer to start their next search somewhere else. Direct booking is a customer-acquisition decision, not a fee decision.
How Aced handles it
The connected workflows that matter here
- Direct booking on your domain
- The booking page reads the live tee sheet — no widget, no sync interval, no second inventory. No per-booking fee, and no tee times traded for software.
- Dynamic pricing and waitlists
- Rate rules by time of day, day of week and season, plus a waitlist for mornings that fill, so a cancellation refills itself instead of sitting empty.
- One counter for the whole operation
- Green fees, carts, merchandise and grill food on one ticket with split tenders — and a tab a foursome can run through the turn.
- League nights that build regulars
- Tournaments and leagues are in the platform. Entry fees are charged at the register and results land on the golfer record, which is what turns a visitor into a Thursday regular.
- A golfer record that accumulates
- Bookings, spend, loyalty and league results build one profile, so a marketing audience is built from what people actually did rather than from a bought list.
- A site whose rates are never wrong
- Rates, hours and events read live from the system, so the page a first-time golfer checks before driving over is correct.

Where Aced fits well here
- Single-course public and daily-fee operations
- Courses that want direct booking rather than marketplace distribution
- Facilities with a pro shop and a grill on one counter
- Courses running leagues, outings and member-guest events
- Operations replacing several vendors with one system
If marketplace reach is your strategy
Capability statements reflect the production platform as of August 2026. If one of them is load-bearing for your facility, confirm it with us before you sign anything.
Public & daily fee questions
Can I run different rates for residents or leagues?
Yes. Rate classes live on the golfer profile — public, resident, senior, junior, league, comp — and green-fee rules price on top of that by time of day, day of week and season. The rate is decided by configuration rather than by whoever is at the counter.
What happens when the weather turns?
Rain checks, full or partial, are credited to the golfer's record rather than to a paper slip, so the credit is redeemable at the register later without anyone hunting for the original ticket.
Do we need a card reader at the turn?
Only if you want to take cards there. Keyed entry and a pay-by-QR link work without a reader, which some courses use for the beverage cart and the starter hut. The hardware page lists what is supported.
Bring your Tuesday problem
Every daily-fee course has one — the day that will not fill. The useful walkthrough is the one where we look at your actual utilization and rate structure rather than a demo course.
