Direct online booking

The golfer books with you, not with a middleman

Booking runs on your own domain against the pro shop's live tee sheet. The confirmation carries your name, the profile is created on your course, and there is no per-booking fee and no inventory traded for software.

The instant preview builds a working site for your course from public information. No email address, and it is not a disguised lead form.

Why it matters

Where a booking happens decides who owns the next one

A tee time booked on a marketplace teaches the golfer to begin their next search somewhere that is not your course. That is a strategic cost rather than a line item, and it is the reason the booking page belongs on your domain.

The domain is yours
Golfers land on your site, see your brand and your rates, and return to the same address next time.
The record is yours
Bookings, purchases, memberships and league results build one golfer profile you can segment, message and export.
Opting out actually works
Marketing audiences come from real register and booking data, and a campaign cannot be sent to someone who has unsubscribed.

One inventory

No sync step, because there is nothing to sync

Most courses run a booking widget that talks to a tee sheet across an integration, which is where double-bookings and stale availability come from. In Aced the booking page reads the tee sheet directly — it is one database with one set of slots, so the counter and the website can never disagree about who has the 8.10.

Live availability
The slot disappears from the site the moment the pro shop books it, and vice versa.
Rate classes carry through
A member booking online is priced as a member, because the rate class lives on their profile rather than in the widget.
Prepay uses the same Stripe account
A deposit taken online and a green fee taken at the counter settle to the same place and reconcile in the same ledger.

What comes with the booking flow

  • Booking on your own domain and brand
  • Live availability from the pro shop's tee sheet
  • Rate classes and green-fee rules applied automatically
  • Confirmation and reminders from your course
  • Golfer profile created on your course, not a marketplace
  • Waitlist for mornings that fill
  • Dynamic pricing rules where you want them
  • Booking links you can send or post directly

About return-on-investment estimates

We do not publish a savings calculator. Any public tool that outputs a dollar figure can be run backwards to derive Aced’s price, and a generic estimate is usually wrong for the facility reading it. If you want the arithmetic on your actual current stack, we build it with you after a walkthrough — with the assumptions written down. Start with the stack assessment.

What this is not

Aced does not currently connect to third-party tee-time distribution channels. If marketplace reach is part of your strategy, say so early in the conversation — it is a real requirement and we would rather tell you plainly that it is not what this is.

Direct booking

A tee time booked on your own site stays yours

No per-reservation fee, no tee-time inventory traded for software, and the golfer who booked is a record you own rather than a marketplace's customer.

Booking questions

Is there a per-booking fee?

No. Direct bookings through your own site do not carry a per-reservation charge, and no tee-time inventory is exchanged for software.

Does online availability match the pro shop's tee sheet?

It is the same tee sheet. There is no sync interval and no second inventory — a slot booked online leaves the sheet immediately, and a slot the pro shop books becomes unavailable online immediately.

Will my tee times appear on a third-party marketplace?

Not by default, and not without you deciding to do it. Aced is the course's own booking system rather than a distribution channel, so your inventory is not listed elsewhere and your golfers are not marketed back to you.

What does the golfer get after booking?

A confirmation, and a golfer profile on your course that carries their bookings, purchases, memberships and league results. If they later book again, check in at the counter or play in a league, all of it lands on the same record.

Can I take payment or a deposit at the time of booking?

Yes — online checkout runs on the same Stripe account as the pro-shop register, so a prepaid booking and a counter sale settle to the same place and reconcile in the same ledger.
