Memberships & installments
Sell annual memberships, split them into autopay installments, never chase a check.
Memberships
Define membership plans (annual, seasonal, punch-style — your call) and sell them at the register or from the customer profile. A membership can carry its own profile, so buying it automatically re-prices the member's golf.
Paying over time
A membership can be split into installments — say, $1,200 across 12 monthly payments:
- With a card on file and the customer's consent, installments autopay on schedule. Every charge is bound to its specific installment row — the system cannot charge a saved card for anything it wasn't explicitly set up to cover.
- Without a card on file, installments show as due and staff collect them like any sale; an emailed invoice link works too.
- Failed autopays surface for staff instead of silently retrying forever.
Where you see the money
Membership revenue, outstanding installments, and autopay results all flow into Reports. A member's own portal shows their plan and its status.
